We ship from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada using trusted shipping partners. All shipments include tracking for reliable delivery. Currently, we ship to addresses across the USA and Canada (excluding Manitoba and Saskatchewan at this time).
Processing Time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Canada
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100 CAD (before tax)
- Orders under $100 → Flat rate $12 CAD (Standard Shipping)
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout for $25 CAD
USA
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100 USD
- Orders under $100 → Flat rate $14 USD (Standard Shipping)
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout for $35 USD
Estimated Delivery Times
Within Canada
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days (depending on province)
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
To the USA
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days (depending on state)
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak seasonal carrier volume. Delivery estimates do not include standard order processing time of 2-3 business days.
Taxes & Duties
- Canada: GST/HST/PST is calculated at checkout based on your delivery province.
- USA: All customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are fully included in the purchase price. Your order will arrive with no surprise fees at delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Mediterranean Witch products as much as we love making them!
Because our cosmetics are handcrafted in small batches, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mediterraneanwitch.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product or incorrect product and packaging
We will gladly arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the issue was our error)

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
